Areas of Specialism
I specialise in working with clients dealing with long term issues.
I work well with clients who feel their difficulties are especially complex or deep rooted. They may have had some counselling before but struggled with the process.
Sometimes they stopped because they felt frustrated by the process or they needed to have a break. Others stopped because they felt they were not making progress. They have now come to me because they feel ready to explore their feelings further and they want to be completely open about previous, sometimes negative, experiences of therapy.
I am committed to providing counselling and psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.
I can help with a wide range of issues including:
Abuse, ADD / ADHD, Addictions, Anxiety, Asperger syndrome, Bereavement, Child related issues, Cultural issues, Depression, Disability, Eating disorders, Health related issues, Identity issues, Infertility, Loss, OCD, Pregnancy related issues, Relationships, Self esteem, Self-harm, Sexuality, Spirituality, Women's issues
