I offer counselling for adults and young people.
Talking through challenges and complex feelings with a trained professional can bring help you gain or rediscover a sense of your true self. This can lead you to the right solution or way forward from a challenging period or situation.
There are lots of reasons people decide to have therapy. And they are all good reasons.
They may feel different or overcome with anxiety. Or they have decided they are ready to explore difficult thoughts and feelings.
Some people seek counselling to help them focus on a particular challenge or event in their life. There may be a very specific goal they wish to achieve.
For others counselling and therapy is an effective way of figuring out the bigger picture of their life.
Sometimes people decide to have counselling because they need to understand themselves and their motivations more deeply. They can then use that self-knowledge to make the changes they want, on their terms.

I can work with you for an agreed time period or on an open-ended basis.
My practice is based in Oxford within easy reach of Abingdon, Thame and the surrounding areas.
I see face to face clients near the middle of Oxford. I also offer telephone or video sessions using Zoom.
Fees
All sessions are 50 minutes long. Sessions are weekly on the same day at the same time. I charge £60 per session before 4pm on weekdays, and £65 for evening and Saturday morning sessions. I offer some concessionary rates.
